Job Description

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
  • Examine statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
  • Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.
  • Organize and maintain financial records.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned.
  • Make best-practices recommendations to management.
  • Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits.
  • Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the same position.
  • Experience in F&B company is a plus.
  • Excellent organizing abilities.
  • Able to lead people/ team.
  • An analytical mind and great attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP).
  • Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to be place in BSD, Tangerang.

  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

  • Terbiasa menggunakan sistem HRIS
  • Paham proses payroll
  • Menguasai software perhitungan data Microsoft Excel
  • Bersedia Penempatan BSD, Tangerang

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
  • Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
  • Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
  • Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
  • Design the selection matrix used in choosing optimum recruitment channel and source
  • Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees
  • Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant
  • Direct and supervise the activities of human resources recruitment teams
  • Build quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies
  • Minimize cost incurred in a recruitment process
  • Set social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in an organization
  • Conduct research to identify and select suitable job advertising options

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Requires minimal 1 year of experience in a leadership/supervisory role, serving as a full-life cycle recruiter and leading recruiting initiatives may substitute for formal supervisory experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proven track record of managing recruiters for multiple end user
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness of recruiting efforts and assist in managing recruiters
